Attendance Email Notifications

  1. Complete the forms below to generate attendance emails for students who are absent from Synchronous class meetings.

  2. Select the form that corresponds to the period a student was absent.

  3. Submit the form on the day the absence occurred.

  4. Submit the form ONCE PER STUDENT. Do not submit multiple names in the same form submission.

  5. TIP: Key in the first couple letters of the student's last name to jump to that name in the drop-down list.

  6. Note: you MUST be logged into your HCPS account to access these forms
